For gym owners

Get your room
on RollRoom.

Help the right people find your room. Give every athlete a clearer view of what they’re building toward.

Verified profiles show people why they should walk through your door. Athlete tracking makes coaching, recognition, and development visible once they do.

RollRoom explained

RollRoom helps students find the right room. Then makes each student’s progress trackable.

01 — Get found

Show people what your room really is.

What someone actually wants to know before they show up — who teaches, when classes run, and whether your room is the right fit.

Your facts. Our independent read.

You keep the facts right — instructors, schedule, prices, drop-in rules. We check them and stamp the date. The Take is our call on who the room fits.

Get a fact wrong and we’ll fix it. You can’t buy a better Take. And Verified means we checked — it isn’t us saying your gym is great.

02 — Athlete tracking

Launching with the RollRoom app

Make every athlete’s next step visible.

Your instructors write down what they see on the mat. Your students see what they’ve earned and what’s next.

Something to chase.
A reason to show up Tuesday.

You see it happen

Joseph hits a clean leg entry in live training. His instructor is standing right there.

You record it from your phone

Pick the student, pick the badge, type what you saw. Between rounds.

It becomes part of his profile

It lands on his profile — your words, your name, the date.

Know what everyone’s working on.

Write it down between rounds. Check the whole room later. No paperwork.

Coaching they can go back to.

What they’ve earned, what you said, and the next thing to chase.

Not a streak. Not a participation trophy.
A record of what happened on the mat.

Your instructors hand these out, not an algorithm. Nothing here scores anyone’s jiu jitsu. And leaderboards are optional — plenty of rooms won’t want them.

Bring your room to RollRoom.

Send the basics and we’ll take it from there.

We’re going through NYC gyms first. Anywhere else, you go on the list for when we open your city.

We’ll only use this to get back to you about your room.

Questions

Before you apply.

What does RollRoom verify?

Instructors and their belts, the schedule, the address, your drop-in terms. Then we date it so people know how fresh it is. The Take is separate — that’s our read on who the room fits.

Can we update our gym information?

Yes. Schedules move, instructors leave, prices change. Send it over, we fix it and re-date it. Keeping it current is your side of the deal.

Can a gym pay to change The Take?

No. Fix a wrong fact any time — we want that. But you can’t buy a better write-up. If you could, nobody would believe it, and then it’s worth nothing to you either.

What is athlete tracking?

Your instructors log what they see on the mat and it sticks to the student’s record — a badge, a dated note, and whatever’s next. Instructors hand them out. Nothing is automated. See the full demo →

When will athlete tracking be available?

The finished product ships with the RollRoom app, not the website — but the working demo is on the site today, and you can run the awarding tool yourself on Mat Record. Profiles go live first. No date announced yet — gyms who come on now are the ones it rolls out to.

What happens after we apply?

We read it and get back to you. Applying doesn’t mean you’re in. Nothing to pay to apply, and you’ll see any pricing before your profile goes up.
